Parametric Search - Charge Pump ICs
SII's charge pump ICs utilize multiple external capacitors to provide various power supplies, including those for constant current, and step-up voltage. Compared to DC/DC converters that use choke coils, smaller board can be used for these ICs. Small ceramic capacitors can be used for the external capacitors. The S-8821 series features step-up output.
The S-882Z Series is a charge pump IC for step-up DC-DC converter startup, which differs from conventional charge pump ICs, in that it uses fully depleted SOI (Silicon on Insulator) technology to enable ultra-low voltage operation.
Amazing 0.3V operation!
This is a DC-DC converter startup IC produced focused on low-voltage operation.
It assists to start up the solar panel applications from 0.3V.
